Plantain (Musa paradisiaca) is one of Nigeria's most widely consumed staple crops, eaten unripe as dodo (fried plantain) or boiled, and ripe as a sweet fruit. It is also increasingly processed into plantain flour, plantain chips and baby food.

Our Grade A plantain bunches are sourced from established plantations across Edo, Ondo, Cross River and Benue States. Each bunch is harvested at the correct stage of maturity, cleaned and packed to minimise bruising during transport. Bunches are selected for uniformity of finger size and are free from black sigatoka and other post-harvest defects.
