Dried Yam Flakes (Elubo) — Bulk
Sun-dried yam flakes (elubo) from Benue State — the raw material for yam flour (amala). Clean, sorted and packaged for mills and food processors.
Dried yam flakes (known locally as elubo) are produced by peeling, slicing and sun-drying fresh white yam tubers. The resulting flakes are the raw material for yam flour (amala), a staple food in Western Nigeria and increasingly popular nationwide.
Our flakes are sourced from Benue State yam farms, sun-dried on raised platforms to prevent contamination, and sorted to remove discoloured pieces. Ideal for yam flour mills, food processors and export.
